Movement: We believe in movement! We make you as functional as possible by doing full body movements. Full body movements require several muscles and joints to perform simultaneously, which causes you to perform in the manner your body is used to; allows you to learn your body better; and burn more calories all at the same time! No more boring cardio on the treadmill; no more sitting down while your lifting a single body part; no more reading magazines during warm up. We run, jump, skip, throw, crawl, slam, swing, rotate, push and pull. We do total body exercise from the ground up, using several muscles at one time making the workout more fun and you more functional! It’s time to start moving people!!!!
